Productivity rates per crew-day
Productivity rate = how many units (SF, LF, CY…) one crew can complete per day. When you add a task to an estimate and enter a quantity, the suggested days are auto-calculated.

Templates store material sections (with line items) and labor tasks. On any project, click Apply template to pick and choose which sections and tasks to add — quantities and prices are pre-filled and always editable.

Each user has their own client list. Anyone can view and edit all clients via the "All clients" toggle. The library (materials, labor tasks, vendors, etc.) is shared across all users.
Quick estimate templates
Editable job type calculators with measurement fields and auto-calculated quantities
Templates define measurement fields (e.g. SF, depth, LF) and use simple formulas to calculate material quantities and labor. Use field IDs in formulas — e.g. sf * 1.1 or (sf * depth_in / 12) / 27.
Send proposal by email
Clicking "Open in email client" will open your default mail app (Outlook, Apple Mail, Gmail app, etc.) with everything pre-filled. You can review and send from there. For Gmail in a browser, use the "Copy for Gmail" button instead.

Measurement fields
Give each field a short ID (no spaces) — you'll use it in formulas below. e.g. ID sf, label "Total area", unit "SF".

Each row generates one material line item. Qty formula uses your field IDs — e.g. sf * 1.1

Labor tasks
Qty formula for measurable tasks (e.g. sf). For fixed tasks set productivity to 0 and use "Fixed days" formula (e.g. 0.5).

Each line item gets its own materials, labor, and priced total. The proposal will show all items with individual prices so the client can choose.
e.g. 200 SF/day means 500 SF → 2.5 days
