Address autocomplete
Without a key, address suggestions use a free service and are biased toward Illinois. With a Google Maps API key (Places API enabled, billing set up on your Google Cloud account — Google's free monthly credit covers typical usage), suggestions come from Google instead — faster and more accurate. Get a key at console.cloud.google.com.
Email (EmailJS)
Sends estimates to clients and signature notifications back to you
Uses EmailJS (free tier available) to send mail straight from the browser — no server needed beyond what's already required for Database sync above. Create a free account and one email service, then set up the two templates below (each just needs a Template ID from the same account).
Quick Send (one-click, sent to the client)
Sends instantly from inside the app — no email app pop-up. Note: EmailJS attachments require a paid EmailJS plan, so this option does not attach a PDF; the client opens the portal link instead. Template needs:

Templates store material sections (with line items) and labor tasks. On any project, click Apply template to pick and choose which sections and tasks to add — quantities and prices are pre-filled and always editable.

Each user has their own client list. Anyone can view and edit all clients via the "All clients" toggle. The library (materials, labor tasks, vendors, etc.) is shared across all users.
